Refund policy

At TZCZZC, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and original packaging included. Proof of purchase is required.

Items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect are also eligible for assistance. Please contact us with your order number and photos of the issue.

How to Request a Return

Email contact@tzczzc.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for your request.

Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the return shipping address. Please contact us before sending any items back. Our business address is not automatically the return address.

Return Shipping Costs

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, TZCZZC covers the return shipping costs.

For returns due to a change of mind, including preferences about size or color, the customer pays the return shipping costs.

We do not charge a restocking fee.

Refunds

We will inspect your return and notify you of the refund decision within 5 business days of receiving it.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns. If the return results from our error or a defective item, any original shipping charge for the affected item will also be refunded.

Exchanges

To request an exchange, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges depend on product availability. We will confirm availability and any applicable shipping costs before you proceed.

If a replacement is unavailable, you may return the eligible item for a refund.

Order Cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order. Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, the return process applies.
